JoJo Rabbit
During Thanksgiving Break my family went and saw the movie, "Jojo Rabbit" and I really loved it. It was so creative, funny, and tender.
When the movie first started I was a little uneasy of how the story was making fun of Nazi's and Germany in general, but as the movie continued I loved how it told the story of a 10 year old boy during WW2 and what a confusing time that was not only for him, but everyone else involved, especially in Germany. It made me really think about how crazy it must have been to be someone who lived through that time.
I also thought how it was so creative that the 10 year old boy's imaginary friend was Adolph Hitler and how the story portrayed how insane Hitler was.
I also loved how they showed the perspective of a Jew, and how difficult and confusing that time was for them as well.
Even though it was a comical movie, it was well thought out on how to portray everything. It was so creative.
The scenery was beautiful, the costumes were fabulous, I laughed, I cried, and I really loved it.
